Authentic Full Quill Ostrich Leather

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

How to Clean: Use a slightly damp (not wet) micro-care cloth to wipe away any dirt and residue as necessary. Afterward, dry and buff the leather with a horsehair brush.

How to Condition: While the item is still damp, gently apply conditioner all over the item, preferably using your fingers, though a brush or cloth can also be used.
Allow the conditioner to dry, then buff the leather with a horsehair brush.

Condition your item every 1 to 2 months for optimal care.

For conditioner, we suggest Bickmore’s Bick 4 conditioner.

Polishing products can also be applied, however they can alter the color, we recommend using a neutral polish.

All orders ship for free via ground or equivalent service.

Exchanges are accepted on "off-the-rack" items ONLY.
Custom made, made to order, or items with modifications such as extra holes are NOT eligible for exchanges.
Items that have been damaged or worn (warped or stretched holes, scratches on exterior, edge dressing or backing) are not eligible for exchange and the item will be promptly returned to you.

*If item is a belt or watch band and it does not fit, DO NOT BUCKLE IT!

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returns & exchanges. Items for return/exchange must be shipped with in 21 days of delivery.

Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
