How do I find my belt size? 

The easiest and fastest way to find your belt size is to take your current pant size and add 2 inches. For example if your favorite pair of Levi’s are a size 38” waist, you would order a size 40”. Please check out our complete sizing guide here.

We operate, ship, and manufacture out of El Paso, Texas, the Bootmaking capital of the world.

I have an existing buckle I want to use on a belt, can the belt buckle be easily switched out?

Absolutely! Are belts are crafted with snap closures, allowing our customers to snap the belt open and swap buckles in seconds. 

Can I exchange a belt for a different size? 

YES! Belts can be exchanged for a different size if the request is processed in the allotted time. contact us at artifexaupport@artifexleather.com to initiate your exchange.

Note:Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Used or worn belts will not be accepted and shipped back to the buyer

Why does the item I received look different from the picture? 

All our belts are made from genuine leather and every animal is unique, no two alligators will be identical. You may receive an item that features a different animal pattern than the image of the product on the website.

Can I return/exchange custom order products?

Artifex does not exchange/refund/return custom made items, including watch straps that have been customized & ordered on the website. 

Does Artifex use real leather in their products? 

All our leather is genuine and sourced from reputable dealers/tanneries. We never use faux or embossed leather to make any of our products.
