Shipping policy

Items are shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Artifex Leather Works does not ship on US federally recognized holidays. 

Re-Shipping:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package is unclaimed or not retrieved from the carrier’s pickup location, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order. Alternatively, the order may be refunded minus the original shipping charges.
