Returns & Exchanges

Returning for a refund

Buyers may return items for a refund within 21 days of the arrival of the order to the shipping address. Items must be in new, original unworn condition, items with signs of wear or damage (to include return shipping damage) are NOT eligible for return.  

Returns must be shipped in original box & packaging and should be taped closed before shipping. If packaging has been lost or damaged, use a study box big enough for the item(s), envelopes not recommended. Do not fold belts/straps & not use rubber bands, zip ties, tape or other items around/direct contact with the belt/strap as this may result in damage to the belt/strap.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs & returns are subject to 10% restocking fee.

If an item arrived defective/damaged or if the wrong item was shipped, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

 

Exchanging for a different size

Buyers may exchange for a different size item within 21 days from the original arrival date. Items must be in new, original unworn condition, items with signs of wear or damage (to include return shipping damage) are NOT eligible for exchange.

Exchanges must be shipped in original box & packaging and should be taped closed before shipping. If packaging has been lost or damaged, use a study box big enough for the item(s), envelopes not recommended. Do not fold belts/straps & not use rubber bands, zip ties, tape or other items around/direct contact with the belt/strap as this may result in damage to the belt/strap.

Buyer is responsible for all exchange shipping costs & must include $10 cash inside the exchange package to cover the return shipping of the new item. If there is a price difference between the sizes, the difference amount must be included in the package in cash, plus the $10 re-shipping fee.

Shipping Returns/Exchanges

Belt orders contain a exchange/return sheet, fill it out and mail the package to the address on the sheet. If you do not have a return/exchange sheet, please add a note and include the following info:

  • Name on the original order
  • Address 
  • Order Number 
  • Email 
  • Phone Number
