Color matching to shoes or other accessories & clothing
Artifex does not guarantee or is responsible for color matching of our goods to any existing clothing, shoes or accessories in your wardrobe. Please contact us at (email@example.com) and we may suggest items that closely resemble the color you are looking for. However, all our leathers will vary in grain and shades of color, no two animals are the same. To achieve true color matching, all items intended to match must be cut from the same leather. Returns, echanges & refunds will not be processed due to issues with color matching.
Returns for Manufacturing Defects
Manufacturing defects must be brought to our attention within 48 hours upon delivery, which will be determined using the order tracking number. Any claim made after 48 hours will not be processed and no return will be granted, no exceptions will be made due to delays in inspecting the delivered goods. Items that have been worn or are no longer in new condition are not eligible for return, any item returned in a used/worn condition will be shipped back to the buyer and the return will be voided. Buyer is responsible for returning items in their original packaging and returning shipping costs. Upon arrival the items will be inspected for manufacturing defects, if manufacturing defects are found the return will be issued and shipping charges will be refunded (up to USPS priority shipping).
Belt Size Return Policy
As leather craftsmen, we not only have a responsibility to bring quality leather goods to our customers, but we also have a responsibility to what makes all this possible, our animals. Here at Artifex, we encourage all our customers to take the time and order the correct size belt in order to maintain longevity and conservation of our wildlife and industry. All of our leather goods are cut to order from genuine animal leather, be considerate of the sacrifice that animal had to make in order to bring you the finished product. It is for these reasons that we do not offer exchanges on belts due to ordering the incorrect size.
Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours upon delivery, which will be determined using the order tracking number. Belts will not be exchanged for different sizes, if you are looking for our sizing chart, you can find it here. Although we do not offer refunds, exchanges can be made for items of equal or greater value. Buyer is responsible for returning items in their original packaging and returning shipping costs, as well as paying the difference if an exchange is made for a higher value product. Upon arrival the items will be inspected, if items are found to be worn or in not-new condition, the item will be returned to the buyer and the exchange will be voided
